Sterling is our homage to the rich and complex fragrance that is tobacco, and we spent more than a year getting the formulas just right. The aromatic blend opens with warm and sweet tobacco, which gives way to smooth leather and is completed with notes of dark amber and vanilla. The resulting fragrance is assertive but not aggressive, possessing masculinity without machismo.
Sterling was named for Mount Sterling in the Western Mountains of North Carolina. While not easily accessible, the hike to the top of the abandoned fire tower on the mountain's peak is worth the effort. We think that like the climb, your experience with Sterling will be well worth the wait.
How it works: If you're new to aluminum-free deodorant, it may take some time for your body to adjust. Below is a guide of what to expect. Keep in mind that everyone's body may react differently.
- Week 1: No odor. Your sweat ducts are blocked from the aluminum in your antiperspirant.
- Week 2: Sweating may increase. You will start sweating more. This is your body's natural way or releasing aluminum.
- Week 3: Sweating and odor decreases. Sweating and any odor issues will start to decrease as your body begins to adjust.
- Week 5: Fully adjusted. Your body should now be fully adjusted.
